Focus Group is seeking an IT Technical Engineer to join our Service Delivery team. The role is home-based in Edinburgh with 3–4 days per week visiting customer sites, tackling IT and telecoms tasks and projects.
You will install and configure ICT solutions, troubleshoot issues and document infrastructure while delivering an excellent customer experience. A full UK driving licence is required for frequent site visits and flexibility for occasional overnight stays during larger projects.
