Join us as an experienced Enterprise Architect, you\’ll play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation initiatives for our largest customers.
You will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, identity management, infrastructure, networking and modern workplace solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers\’ business and IT leaders, as well as our internal Solution Architects. Your goal is to ensure seamless integration and alignment of business processes, data, and technology. You will be responsible for maximizing account value, professional service revenues, and customer satisfaction by driving project solutions through architectural and technical leadership that align with our customers\’ business objectives.
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably within an MSP environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, identity management, networking, infrastructure, and modern workplace solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Skills in developing standards and policies that guide the use of IT assets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital transformation.
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites.
Desired Skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cisco professional and expert levels) are a plus.
- Good understanding of Application development and SDLC.
- Experienced in using automation, Infrastructure as Code and API driven solutions.
