Focus Group is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Engineer – Networking to join our Hybrid team in Birmingham with occasional travel to other sites.
You will manage high-level network incidents, mentor junior engineers and drive improvements across Meraki, LAN and WAN environments.
You will act as a senior escalation point within a busy service desk, supporting project handovers and liaising with carriers to resolve faults. A CCNA or equivalent is expected.
