Crystal House is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new 5-bed Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children’s home. This is a rare opportunity to build a service from the ground up with full organisational backing, clear structure, and experienced leadership support throughout, including during registration with Ofsted.
We are open to:
- Experienced Registered Managers seeking a fresh, well-supported launch project
- Strong Deputy Managers ready to step into their first Registered Manager role
