Role - We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant to support the implementation and transformation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Recruiting within a complex enterprise environment.
This hands-on functional role requires strong expertise across Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Core HR , with responsibility for configuring and optimising end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition through candidate selection, offer and hire .
You will work closely with business and technical teams across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment, with particular focus on Candidate Selection Processes (CSP), Career Sites, Talent Communities, Recruiting Security and Core HR integration .

Configure and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) based on complex business and recruitment requirements.
Design and configure Job Requisitions, Candidate Selection Processes (CSP), Job Offers, Recruiting Types, Phases and States .
Configure Career Sites, Candidate Experience, Talent Communities, Recruiting Roles and Security .
Support end-to-end recruiting processes from requisition creation through candidate hire .
