Role - We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Consultant to support the delivery and transformation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across Absence Management, Core HR and Security .
This hands-on functional role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Absence Management , including Fast Formula, Absence Types, Absence Plans, Absence Elements and Work Schedules , alongside a strong understanding of UK absence legislation and Oracle HCM Payroll integration .
You will work closely with business and technical teams across solution design, configuration, testing and deployment, ensuring Oracle HCM solutions meet complex business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Oracle HCM Absence Management
Design, configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Absence Management solutions.
Configure Absence Fast Formula, Absence Types, Absence Plans, Absence Elements and Work Schedule Assignments .
Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
Resolve complex functional issues across Absence Management, Core HR and Security , including management of Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
