Role - We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant/Lead to take ownership of a critical implementation workstream at short notice. This senior, hands-on role requires extensive experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay from scratch , including solution design, configuration, testing and deployment. You will take over from an existing consultant, manage the handover and provide both functional leadership and project delivery ownership , ensuring the implementation progresses successfully. Key Responsibilities Compensation & Variable Pay Implementation Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay . Own functional solution design, hands-on configuration, testing and deployment activities. Translate business requirements into effective compensation and variable pay solutions. Identify and resolve configuration issues, delivery risks and outstanding implementation activities. Functional Leadership & Delivery Take ownership of the existing workstream, ensuring an effective handover and continuity of delivery. Act as the Functional Lead
