Client - Partnered with a global leader in digital transformation and IT services, working with some of the world's largest organisations. The business delivers complex technology transformation programmes that require innovation, collaboration and thought leadership.

Role - We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across a complex digital transformation environment. This senior, hands-on role requires strong expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations and platform development, with experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud. You will lead the technical delivery of complex Salesforce solutions, including Agentforce and Agentic AI capabilities, working closely with Architects, Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development & Engineering
    • Lead the design and development of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
    • Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, controllers and Salesforce platform technologies.
    • Design reusable development frameworks and components, ensuring high standards across code quality, performance, testing and maintainability.
    • Implement complex Salesforce configuration, automation, workflows, approvals, validation rules and security controls.
  • Agentforce, AI & Data Cloud
    • Design and develop Salesforce Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions, integrating AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise Salesforce processes.
    • Support Salesforce Data Cloud solutions and data-driven use cases across the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Drive adoption of modern Salesforce capabilities and development best practices.
  • Integration & Technical Delivery
    • Design and develop Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events and enterprise integration patterns.
    • Lead technical delivery across integrations, data migration, custom development and third-party applications.
    • Support Salesforce DX, CI/CD and deployment processes, troubleshooting complex platform, application and integration issues.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
    • Provide technical leadership across Salesforce programmes, contributing to solution design, development standards, code reviews and engineering best practices.
    • Drive continuous improvement across development, automation, platform performance and technical delivery.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive hands-on experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, with strong development expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, controllers and web services.
  • Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud, including delivery of large-scale Experience Cloud implementations.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions, with an understanding of how AI capabilities integrate into enterprise Salesforce processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, administration, configuration, security models, workflow automation, validation rules and data management.
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, alongside strong knowledge of Salesforce integration and application development patterns.
  • Strong experience with asynchronous Apex, including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex and Future Methods, alongside performance optimisation and complex debugging.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Connected Apps, CI/CD and deployment tooling, with a strong understanding of modern Salesforce development and release practices.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, data modelling and enterprise application development, combined with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
