A Tier One consultancy is seeking a Microsoft Co-Pilot Solution Architect to support a key UK Government department. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and integration of Microsoft Co-Pilot within the Microsoft 365 environment, enabling AI-driven transformation across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the architecture and deployment of Microsoft Co-Pilot solutions within a secure M365 ecosystem. This includes translating complex business and technical requirements into scalable, user-centric designs, ensuring integration with existing digital platforms and data structures.

The role will also involve defining and upholding security, compliance, and identity frameworks in line with public sector standards, as well as producing high-quality architectural documentation, road-maps, and design artefacts.

In addition, the Solution Architect will provide strategic guidance on the Co-Pilot product roadmap, ensuring solutions remain aligned with Microsoft’s evolving capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 solution architecture, with hands-on experience delivering Co-Pilot or similar AI-enhanced tools. A solid understanding of Power Platform and Azure services is essential, along with experience delivering digital workplace solutions in large, complex environments.

Familiarity with government frameworks, data governance requirements, and public sector compliance standards is expected. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and relevant Microsoft certifications will be advantageous.
