Role – HR Advisor for maternity cover. Reporting to the UK & I People Lead with a dotted line to the EMEA Head of People. You will play a key role in providing HR support across the business, ensuring that our people processes run smoothly and compliantly. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting employees and managers across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update HR systems and records accurately.
- Contribute to HR policy development and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist in delivering training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or tech/SME environment is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, organised, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
