Slack / Notion Technical Project Delivery Manager in Holloway

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with deep, hands‑on experience across both Slack and Notion to lead the design and implementation of a unified operating model for knowledge sharing and collaboration. This role will define governance, standardise workflows, strengthen security and compliance, and drive organisation‑wide adoption of clear ways of working. This role sits at the intersection of tooling, process, and change management and requires someone who understands how Slack and Notion work together as a system, not in isolation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured three‑hub operating model (Company, Domain, Project) across Slack and Notion
• Define ownership, governance, naming conventions, templates, and archival standards across both tools
• Establish and maintain SOP libraries, governance cadences, and quarterly audits
• Define clear tool boundaries and publish company‑wide Ways of Working and etiquette for Slack and Notion usage
• Embed collaboration standards into onboarding and support adoption across all teams
• Audit integrations, rationalise internal tools, and lead SSO implementation (OneLogin)
• Prepare and lead the upgrade to Slack Enterprise+, including DLP and audit logging
• Drive change management through communications, training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Manage delivery across a 6‑month roadmap with clear milestones and measurable outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering cross‑functional projects focused on Slack and Notion implementations together
• Strong understanding of Slack architecture, channels, governance, and Enterprise features
• Strong understanding of Notion workspace design, databases, templates, and permission models-posts and columns
• Experience defining operating models, governance frameworks, templates, and naming conventions
• Hands‑on experience with SSO/IAM and SaaS integrations
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes
• Comfortable being hands‑on: writing documentation, creating templates, cleaning up tooling, and running training
• Pragmatic, detail‑oriented, with a passion for operational excellence

This will be a hybrid role working onsite in North London 1‑2 days per week, and will be an outside IR35 contract role.
