Major Global HR Transformation Programme
Focus Cloud are supporting an international organisation going through a significant people systems and HR operating model transformation. We are currently hiring a HR Business Analyst to join the team. They are implementing Workday as their new global HR platform and need someone to support the next phase of the programme across systems change, process improvement, shared services, and stakeholder delivery.
You’ll work closely with HR leadership, project teams, internal stakeholders, and third parties to help ensure successful delivery of Workday and wider HR change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the business-side rollout of Workday
- Gather and translate business requirements into workable solutions
- Lead HR process mapping and future-state process design
- Support shared services process improvements and service delivery enhancements
- Manage and prioritise business change requests
- Work with HR teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders on integrations and improvements
- Create documentation including SOPs, process maps, and requirements packs
- Support adoption, training readiness, and stakeholder engagement
- Improve HR reporting, governance, and data quality processes
- Act as a key bridge between HR, systems, and the wider business
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an HR Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, or similar
- Experience supporting HR systems implementations or transformation projects
- Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, PeopleXD or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong HR process knowledge across employee lifecycle, onboarding, shared services, reporting etc.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment
- Experience in multi-site, international, or acquisitive organisations beneficial
