Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rotherham for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures within the awarding organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting internal and external audit processes
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Maintaining high standards throughout the organization’s qualifications and assessment processes
  • Working closely with various stakeholders to continuously improve standards and deliver exceptional outcomes while aligning with the organization’s core values

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality assurance, auditing, and compliance processes, particularly within an awarding organization or similar regulated environment
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to assessing and improving processes
  • Proficiency in regulatory frameworks such as those provided by Ofqual or similar bodies
  • Proven track record of fostering team collaboration and delivering on key outcomes

Desirable:
