Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rotherham for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures within the awarding organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting internal and external audit processes
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintaining high standards throughout the organization’s qualifications and assessment processes
- Working closely with various stakeholders to continuously improve standards and deliver exceptional outcomes while aligning with the organization’s core values
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance, auditing, and compliance processes, particularly within an awarding organization or similar regulated environment
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to assessing and improving processes
- Proficiency in regulatory frameworks such as those provided by Ofqual or similar bodies
- Proven track record of fostering team collaboration and delivering on key outcomes
- Strong digital literacy and competence with office productivity tools
Desirable:
- Knowledge of vocational education and awareness of equality, diversity, and inclusion in education and assessment
- Relevant qualifications in education, quality assurance, or a related field are advantageous
