This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and creative individual with exceptional project management and client service skills to take ownership of key campaigns and play a crucial role in a fast-paced, ambitious agency. The ideal candidate will have experience managing integrated campaigns, building strong client relationships, and juggling multiple priorities with ease. You’ll take the lead on high-profile awards programmes, contribute to the agency’s own marketing strategy, and support the growth of the business through effective stakeholder engagement. If you’ve worked in the construction or awards sector, that would be a major plus!
Key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:
- Lead on the end-to-end management of two key industry award schemes, overseeing everything from planning and entries through to promotion and event delivery
- Build strong, trusted relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring outstanding service at every stage
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, video, and print – managing deadlines and coordinating internal and external contributors
- Develop content, draft communications, and support with video editing (training can be provided)
- Own the agency’s marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent, high-quality presence that reflects brand values and drives awareness
- Work collaboratively with the wider management team and contribute to business growth initiatives
- Ensure KPIs and timelines are met while staying calm under pressure and being proactive in overcoming challenges
- Travel to client meetings and events across the UK and occasionally overseas
