Focus 5 Recruitment are working with an exciting and disruptive Ecommerce business to recruit a UI/UX Designer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business with multiple consumer brands and play a key role in shaping how customers interact with those brands online.

We're looking for a creative and commercially minded UI/UX Designer who understands how great design influences customer behaviour, improves user experience and ultimately drives conversions. You'll be responsible for creating engaging digital experiences across websites, landing pages and customer journeys, helping to optimise performance across a portfolio of growing brands.

The Role

As UI/UX Designer, you'll take ownership of designing and improving digital experiences across multiple Ecommerce brands. You'll combine user-centred design principles with commercial thinking to create intuitive, engaging and high-performing customer journeys.

  • Designing engaging user experiences across websites, landing pages and digital touchpoints
  • Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
  • Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer journeys
  • Collaborating with marketing, ecommerce and development teams to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Conducting user research, analysing behaviour and using insights to inform design decisions
  • Ensuring brand consistency whilst tailoring experiences for different audiences and brands
  • Supporting website launches, new product initiatives and digital campaigns
  • Keeping up to date with UI/UX best practices, ecommerce trends and emerging technologies

About You

We're looking for a designer who combines creativity with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and digital performance. You'll be passionate about creating intuitive user experiences and motivated by seeing your work contribute directly to business results.

  • Previous experience in a UI/UX Design role within Ecommerce, D2C or consumer-focused businesses
  • Strong experience using Figma and other relevant design tools
  • A portfolio showcasing website, ecommerce or digital product design work
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user journeys
  • A strong understanding of UX principles, customer behaviour and conversion optimisation
  • Experience working closely with developers and wider digital teams
  • Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail
