Ready to lead a high-performing telesales team? We're recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Telesales Manager to lead a team of around 10 sales professionals within a fast-growing business. You’ll be responsible for a team making proactive outbound calls to customers who have already been recommended treatment, with the aim of engaging them and securing bookings for their e-consultation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive call volume, conversion, quality and compliance, while creating a motivated and high-performing sales environment.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the team's day-to-day performance, ensuring everyone has the skills, confidence and motivation to achieve their targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of around 10 Telesales Executives
- Driving high levels of outbound call activity and conversion
- Monitoring KPIs including call volumes, conversion and sales performance
- Coaching the team through call listening, feedback and regular one-to-ones
- Maintaining consistently high standards of customer communication
- Ensuring internal processes are followed
- Ensuring CRM systems are accurately and consistently updated
- Maintaining compliance with relevant industry regulations
- Identifying and addressing performance issues
- Recruiting, onboarding and training new team members
- Creating a positive, accountable and high-performance culture
