As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for owning their strategy for varied social channels across different brands. You will understand how to drive revenue through social media and assist in developing new services and managing campaigns to ensure ongoing success for their ecommerce sites across their different brands. As the business continues to grow so will the opportunity with this role. Initially working on both the strategy and the delivery, you will later get the opportunity to progress and build a specialist team around you.
- Platform Management
- Manage and grow all social media channels across group brands, overseeing daily organic activity from planning through to publishing.
- Schedule, optimise and publish content (including daily stories) across all platforms.
- Lead content strategy and monthly planning across all brands, aligning campaigns with overall objectives.
- Monitor trends and performance, using insights to optimise reach, engagement and conversions.
- Content Production
- Plan and coordinate shoot days, managing logistics, creative direction and external partners.
- Produce and edit social-first content, including assets for paid campaigns and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
- Community Management
- Manage all incoming messages and comments, maintaining an active and consistent brand presence.
- Build audience relationships and coordinate outreach for testimonials and content opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, including partnerships and campaigns.
- Source new creators and oversee briefs, contracts, gifting and content delivery.
- Campaign & Project Management
- Lead social campaigns from concept through to launch and reporting.
- Ensure deadlines are met while collaborating closely with internal teams and external creatives.
Experience we need for the Social Media Manager role:
- Experience managing a small team and proven ability to grow channels and scale brands strategically.
- A proven track record of delivering successful social media and influencer campaigns with measurable results.
- Hands-on experience managing key social platforms, including content creation and performance tracking.
- Experience working with influencers to drive brand engagement.
