Already in a strong position, with a proven track record of continued growth, the business is looking for an inspirational and commercially astute leader who can build on its success and unlock its next phase of expansion.
This is not a turnaround challenge.
It’s an opportunity to lead a successful business with ambition, pace and the foundations to achieve something significantly bigger.
The Opportunity
As Managing Director, you will take full ownership of business performance, leading the strategy, people and commercial operations required to deliver substantial, sustainable growth.
You’ll bring together sales, contact centre operations and digital marketing, ensuring the entire organisation is aligned behind clear commercial objectives.
With significant budgets and substantial investment in customer acquisition, you’ll know how to turn data, people and investment into measurable revenue growth.
Your focus will be on
- Defining and delivering the strategy to scale the business towards £100m+ revenue.
- Driving commercial performance across sales, contact centre operations and digital marketing.
- Maximising returns from significant customer acquisition budgets, including multi-million-pound paid search investment.
- Developing the existing leadership team, attracting new talent and building the capabilities needed to support continued growth.

- Identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer acquisition, operational efficiency and profitability.
About You
You’re a proven business leader who has delivered significant, measurable growth within a direct-to-consumer business.
An ecommerce background would be particularly attractive, but experience in another D2C environment with substantial marketing investment and sales operations will also be considered.
You understand what it takes to scale a business commercially, operationally and culturally, and can demonstrate how you’ve translated strategy into tangible results.
You’ll bring
- A proven track record of scaling a consumer-focused business and delivering substantial revenue growth.
- Experience owning multi-million-pound budgets, with a strong understanding of P&L, commercial performance and return on investment.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition, including significant paid search investment in competitive markets.
- Strong sales expertise, ideally including high-volume contact centre operations, conversion and sales performance.
- The ability to inspire, develop and challenge teams, building a high-performance culture with clear accountability.
- A data-led, commercially focused mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to delivering results.
- The Next Chapter
This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven leader to take an already successful business into its next phase of growth, with the ambition to achieve revenue in excess of £100m.
