Tech Distributor | Manchester – hybrid

£60,000 – £70,000 + up to £40,000 bonus

Are you ready to step up from Senior Sales Manager or Sales Lead into your first Director-level role? This is an opportunity to take on real responsibility in a thriving tech distributor that’s growing fast and investing heavily in its UK sales operation.

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Director to act as the crucial link between three experienced Sales Managers and the COO – providing structure, strategy, and leadership across a young, high-performing sales team.

The Role

You’ll lead three key teams across different divisions of the business. Each team has a capable lead, but you’ll be there to coach, motivate, and drive performance across all sales activity in the UK.

You’ll run weekly forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, nurture the pipeline and develop talent to help the business deliver for its partners and expand existing accounts.
