Focus 5 Recruitment are working with a leading D2C ecommerce brand based in Leeds to recruit an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded influencer marketing professional who understands how creator partnerships drive brand growth, awareness, and revenue. Our client’s Marketing team is the engine behind the company’s continued success. Through creative, data-driven campaigns, they expand market reach, build brand advocacy, and deliver measurable results across their product portfolio. If influencer marketing is your specialty and you enjoy owning campaigns end-to-end, this role could be a great fit.
Key responsibilities for the Influencer Manager:
- Develop and deliver influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships (gifted and paid) across relevant platforms
- Own influencer relationships end-to-end, including briefing, content delivery, and performance review
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity
- Plan and execute influencer events and in-person activations (IRL)
Experience and skills we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in an influencer marketing role, agency-side or in-house
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing platforms, trends, and best practices
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from concept to delivery
- Confident negotiator with experience managing influencer contracts and budgets
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
