Focus 5 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work for an established education sector client with a focus on working as an operational lead for their small digital content and campaigns team. In this role you will lead on the day-to-day operations of this team who are responsible for attracting and recruiting students to this education provider.
You will have experience of using digital channels (social, email, content and web) which will be used to promote the educational institution and help achieve organisational growth goals. You will identify needs, new opportunities and always aspire to increase brand awareness.
You will join at an exciting juncture as this established organisation transforms the way they reach their customers with relevant and engaging content, via numerous digital platforms β establishing creative, insight-led, two-way communication.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing team.
- Managing the team who create digital campaigns using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs) for use in OOH campaigns, PR activity, Direct campaigns, Social Media channels, Exhibitions and Events and Brand activities.
- Planning, developing and delivering the creative, copy and design templates for short videos; Own/manage the production and in-house delivery of content for all recruitment marketing activity.
- Year-long planning of engaging campaigns and content that creates follow up actions with potential students.
The Marketing Manager will need:
- ~2+ years in a role managing the day-to-day operations of a small marketing team.
- ~Experience working in the education sector.
- ~Proven experience of creating successful digital campaigns and content across varied digital platforms (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs) in the education sector.
- ~Expertise in producing and implementing a range of professional digital content for B2C content marketing.
- ~A creative approach to digital campaign design and knowing how to use insights to maximise the impact of your campaigns.
- ~Excellent content judgment.
