This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of growing business within an established client base and play a key role in driving expansion within a booming industry.
Our client helps organisations unlock the full commercial value of their data. They work closely with leading modern data platform technologies to support businesses in adopting cutting-edge data strategies and realising the potential of data-driven decision-making, analytics, and AI.
This role offers real autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a measurable impact. You’ll be developing relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying new commercial opportunities, and helping clients discover the transformative value of better data use.
Key responsibilities for the Growth Account Executive:- Own and manage the commercial relationship with existing clients
- Build strong, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, including Board and C-level contacts
- Identify and shape new commercial opportunities and use cases for data solutions
- Educate clients on what’s possible with modern data platforms and services
- Proactively uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, driving revenue from within accounts
- Work closely with internal teams including consulting, delivery, and engineering to shape winning proposals
- Act as a trusted partner, communicating success stories and driving customer engagement
- Travel regularly across the UK to meet clients face-to-face and deepen relationships
- 3–5 years’ experience in a new business, customer success or commercial account role within a tech-led environment
- A proactive, inquisitive approach to sales and account development
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in senior-level conversations
- Commercially astute, with the ability to link technical concepts to business outcomes
- Comfortable working independently and owning revenue growth from your accounts
- A background in data, analytics or SaaS would be a strong advantage, but not essential
- Motivated by targets and results, and keen to grow with an ambitious, scaling business
