We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager who excels at building client relationships, upselling services, and managing multiple accounts effectively. While experience in digital marketing is an advantage, full training on the company’s SEO and PPC services will be provided.
Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager:- Manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients, ensuring top-tier service and strong relationships.
- Maximise business potential by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their objectives and priorities.
- Conduct client meetings, performance reviews, and contract renewals as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met.
- Analyse and interpret client data to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare contracts, proposals, reports, and marketing materials.
- Stay up to date with performance marketing trends and strategies.
- Previous experience in an Account Management role (preferred).
