We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking. Someone who understands that great content isn't just about writing engaging copy—it's about influencing behaviour, supporting customer journeys and driving measurable results. This role goes beyond traditional content creation. You'll play a key role in shaping messaging, optimising customer journeys and developing content that supports lead generation, customer conversion and engagement across multiple channels.

If you're looking for a role where your ideas will be heard, your decisions will matter and you'll have the opportunity to influence how campaigns evolve, this could be the perfect next step.

The Role

As Content & Conversion Specialist, you'll take ownership of content across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, nurture journeys and wider marketing campaigns. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll continually review performance, refine messaging and use insight and data to improve engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating persuasive, conversion-focused content across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, blogs and digital marketing assets
  • Developing messaging that supports lead generation, customer nurturing and sales conversion
  • Writing engaging content for both B2B and B2C audiences across multiple channels
  • Producing SEO-focused content that improves visibility and supports organic growth
  • Supporting thought leadership and content initiatives that build engagement and brand credibility
  • Monitoring content performance and analysing campaign results to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Supporting CRM campaigns, email marketing activity and automated customer journeys
  • Assisting with audience segmentation, content personalisation and customer engagement strategies
  • Contributing to the visual presentation of content, ensuring messaging and design work seamlessly together
  • Managing content libraries and marketing assets, ensuring materials remain organised and up to date
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver campaigns and projects on time

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, loves understanding customer behaviour and gets genuine satisfaction from seeing content deliver results. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a content marketing, copywriting or conversion-focused marketing role
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and channels
  • A good understanding of customer journeys, lead generation and conversion principles
  • Experience creating content for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Strong commercial awareness and an interest in how messaging influences behaviour
  • Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar systems
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and experience creating search-optimised content
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proactive, ideas-driven approach and confidence contributing to campaign planning and strategy
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous

What's in it for You?

  • £30,000 - £35,000 salary depending on experience
  • A role with genuine ownership and influence
  • The opportunity to shape customer journeys and campaign messaging
  • A collaborative and ambitious marketing environment
  • The chance to see the direct commercial impact of your work
  • Significant opportunity for personal and professional development
  • A growing business where ideas are encouraged and success is recognised
