Focus 5 Recruitment are working with a fast-growing, premium customer-focused business to recruit an experienced Business Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of one of their sites. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who is used to running a business, unit or customer-facing operation as if it were their own.
You’ll be responsible for the people, performance, customer experience and commercial results of the site, working closely with senior stakeholders and a wider Head Office team.
This role would suit someone with experience as a General Manager, Business Manager, Operations Manager, Practice Manager, Site Manager or similar, particularly someone who has had genuine responsibility for revenue, sales performance, KPIs, budgets.
