We're looking for someone with strong core SEO capability, supported by solid PPC experience, who wants to play a more influential role in how performance is shaped, delivered, and improved across a varied client portfolio.

Key responsibilities for the SEO Specialist:
  • Plan, manage, and continuously improve SEO activity across a range of client accounts
  • Support the setup, optimisation, and ongoing management of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta & LinkedIn)
  • Carry out keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor reviews, and performance monitoring
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve traffic quality, lead quality, and conversion performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to strengthen performance across the wider user journey
  • Produce clear, commercially focused reporting and actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients
Experience and skills we’re looking for:
  • Strong hands-on SEO experience, with good working knowledge of PPC
  • 3-5+ years' experience in a digital marketing or performance-focused role
  • Solid understanding of Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SEMrush
  • Confident interpreting data and turning it into clear, practical actions
  • Commercial mindset with a genuine focus on outcomes over activity
  • Comfortable working across multiple client accounts and collaborating with internal teams
