Focus 5 Recruitment are working with a fast-growing cosmetics business to recruit an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple brands within a high-growth environment, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and scalable performance marketing. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to deliver consistent, commercially effective affiliate strategies that drive high-quality traffic and convert new customers into active users.
Key responsibilities for the Affiliate Marketing Manager:
- Own and optimise the group affiliate programme, with a focus on cost-effective new customer acquisition.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliate and influencer partners to grow the brand network.
- Develop and execute affiliate recruitment strategies to ensure continuous growth and quality of partners.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on affiliate performance, identifying trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate on joint promotions, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive offers to drive acquisition.
- Manage affiliate budgets and spend in partnership with Finance, ensuring performance targets are met.
Experience and skills we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing affiliate marketing programmes, ideally in ecommerce, loyalty, or cashback environments.
- Strong track record in new customer acquisition and revenue growth through affiliates.
- Hands-on experience working with affiliate networks such as Awin and managing large-scale programmes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights (strong Excel skills essential).
- Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of performance drivers and trading levers.
