The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of published work, PR or client-facing experience, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Responsibilities include crafting compelling content, executing PR campaigns, and managing client relationships.

Key responsibilities for the Senior PR Account Manager –

* Develop and implement strategic PR plans and campaigns for clients.

* Craft and distribute press releases, pitch content and other PR materials to journalists.

* Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.

* Monitor and analyse media coverage and PR campaign performance.

* Handle crisis communications and provide media training to clients.

* Coordinate and manage press events, enquires, media interviews, and other PR activities.

* Develop comprehensive PR and content strategies to achieve client objectives and deliver exceptional campaigns

Senior PR Account Manager experience we’re looking for –

* 5+ years of experience in PR, content creation, or newsroom roles, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.

* Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with strong presentation abilities and media relationships.

* Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, SEO best practices, and PR tools like Hootsuite, WordPress, and Google Analytics.

* Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, able to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience in PR agencies or newsrooms, confident in pitching to journalists, and familiar with graphic design and video production tools.

Preferred Qualifications –

* Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.

* NCTJ qualified highly desired but not completely necessary.
