Focus 5 Recruitment are looking to recruit a Paid Media Manager / Media Buyer for a high-growth, fast-paced business that is scaling rapidly and investing heavily in digital acquisition across multiple platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded performance marketer who thrives in data-driven environments and enjoys the pace of ambitious SME businesses.
You will take ownership of paid media campaigns, optimising spend and driving measurable growth across multiple acquisition channels. We are looking for someone with a strong background in media buying, lead generation and performance marketing, ideally from an FMCG or ecommerce D2C environment, who combines analytical thinking with a genuinely hands-on approach.
You will work closely with the wider marketing team, remaining close to the numbers, constantly analysing data, testing new approaches and identifying opportunities to improve performance and scale campaigns.
Key responsibilities for the Media Buyer:- Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across key digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and manage campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI and efficient spend.
- Drive customer acquisition and lead generation through continuous testing and optimisation.
- Analyse campaign data, identifying trends, insights and opportunities to scale.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve performance.
