Are you ready to step up from Senior Sales Manager or Sales Lead into a Director-level role? This is an opportunity to take on real responsibility in a thriving tech distributor that’s growing fast and investing heavily in its UK sales operation.
We’re looking for a Junior Sales Director to act as the crucial link between three experienced Sales Managers and the COO – providing structure, strategy, and leadership across a young, high-performing sales team.
The Role
You’ll lead three key teams across different divisions of the business. Each team has a capable lead, but you’ll be there to coach, motivate, and drive performance across all sales activity in the UK.
You’ll run weekly forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, nurture the pipeline and develop talent to help the business deliver for its partners and expand existing accounts.
This is a newly created position designed to bring focus, pace, and consistency to a fast-evolving sales function. You’ll be responsible for ensuring sales are done well – maintaining what’s already working, improving cadence, and helping the business handle larger vendors as it scales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and inspire three team leads and their wider sales teams
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and sales discipline
- Develop account strategies that expand partner relationships and boost revenue
- Run weekly forecast meetings, 1-2-1s, and performance reviews
- Bring structure, motivation, and accountability to a young, energetic team
- Contribute to board meetings when invited – able to hold your own and present confidently
- Focus solely on the UK market, with potential to grow your remit into Europe
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in sales leadership / management – ideally from a tech, channel-focused environment
- Proven people manager – experienced in motivating, developing, and holding teams accountable
- Background in tech sales with channel knowledge (vendor, distributor, or reseller)
- Strong grasp of sales cadence, forecasting, and pipeline generation
- Assertive, credible, and commercially sharp – a true “sales leader” who leads from the front and by example
- Ambitious and ready to step into a Director-level position for the first time
What’s On Offer
- £60,000 – £70,000 base salary
- Up to ÂŁ40,000PA in bonuses (paid quarterly)
- The chance to shape a brand-new leadership role within a growing UK business
- Career growth potential into a full Director role and European leadership in future
This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated sales leader ready to make the jump to Director level – with the autonomy, backing, and scale to make a genuine impact.
