Focus 5 Recruitment are delighted to be working with a long-established and respected UK manufacturing business as they recruit for a Head of Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, strategic marketer to lead a small team and shape the marketing function for a business undergoing exciting growth and transformation.
We’re looking for someone who brings a balance of hands-on marketing delivery and big-picture thinking. You'll take ownership of the company's multi-channel marketing strategy, lead on brand development, and drive initiatives that support commercial performance, new customer acquisition, and increased brand awareness across UK and international markets.
Key responsibilities for the Head of Marketing:
- Own and execute the full marketing strategy, aligning with the wider business plan and commercial goals
- Lead, coach, and develop a small in-house marketing team
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure a consistent voice across all platforms and materials
- Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, print, trade shows and PR
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and B2B communications
- Work closely with internal departments (sales, product, customer service) to ensure marketing is commercially focused and collaborative
- Manage external agency relationships where required (e.g. digital, PR, creative)
- Track marketing performance and ROI, using insight and data to continually refine strategy
- Support the leadership team in identifying new market opportunities and ensuring marketing is aligned to future growth
