Our growth is driven by technical accuracy, fast turnaround and a multi-disciplinary capability spanning planning, energy, fire, environmental and sustainability services.
The Role
We’re looking for a technically strong OCDEA/NDEA to deliver a consistent volume of SAP and SBEM assessments across residential and non-domestic schemes. You’ll work closely with architects and developers, manage design updates, and maintain workflow through our CRM and ticketing system.
There is clear progression available into wider areas such as overheating modelling (TM52/TM59), daylight & sunlight, WLC and other design-led sustainability services as our specialist divisions continue to scale.
Core Responsibilities
- Produce SAP Calculations (new build, conversions, extensions)
- Produce SBEM Calculations (Level 4 preferred)
- Prepare Energy Statements, including London Plan
- Supporting calculations (U-values, condensation, water, heat loss)
- Issue EPCs linked to SAP/SBEM assessments
- Manage amendments and design changes via our CRM
- Liaise directly with architects, developers & design teams
- Maintain consistent daily output with accuracy & attention to detail
Nice To Have (Not Essential)
- TM59/TM52 Overheating Modelling
- BREEAM (Assessor or AP)
- Daylight & Sunlight
- Whole Life-Cycle Carbon
- Understanding of M&E principles
- Exposure to IES or dynamic simulation modelling (beneficial, but not required in this role — progression is available as our specialist divisions expand)
About You — Essential Experience
- OCDEA accreditation (required)
- NDEA (Level 4) preferred
- 3–4+ years SAP/SBEM delivery
- Experience preparing Energy Statements
- Strong understanding of Part L & Building Regulations
- Ability to manage a steady daily workload

- Are seeking a full overheating/BREEAM role at this stage
What We Offer
- Fully remote working (UK-based)
- £32,000–£36,000 salary (doe)
- Company-provided laptop & equipment
- Private medical insurance
- Professional memberships covered
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Clear career progression
- Opportunity to support future specialist service lines
- Streamlined workflows & CRM to reduce admin burden
