- Create data tables and other custom outputs for clients using DisplayR.
- Own and expand client accounts, working closely with our growth team.

- Manage, coach and help to develop researchers in your team.
Expectations
You’ll Succeed In This Role If You Can:
- Own and manage client accounts, being the client’s first point of contact, understanding their broader needs and priorities, and proactively growing the work they do with us.
- Take challenging client research requests from 0 to 1, turning vague/knotty research needs into fully-scoped projects.
- Think creatively about solutions and what would best fit.
- Drive standards and best practice across the team, identifying issues with practices, processes, or standards, and then fixing these.
- Take a leading role in the development of people in the team.
