FNZ is seeking an Employee Relations Transformation Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You’ll drive the Employment Rights Transformation Programme, translating UK employment law into practical policies, operating models and governance.

You’ll collaborate with Legal, Payroll, HR Systems and senior leaders to ensure readiness and ongoing compliance across FNZ’s UK operations.
