Working within the FNZ Investment Operations Function, you will be responsible for the processing and settlement of all financial transactions made by FNZ’s clients. The team also processes corporate distributions and dividends, reconciles client positions, and resolves fund issues. You will have the opportunity to work within different teams to develop your skills and knowledge for career progression.

Role Responsibilities

  • Administer pension business within Customer Services, ensuring high service standards and quality.
  • Support colleagues with technical, compliance, or complex queries, providing coaching and training.
  • Assist your team manager and senior colleagues to ensure smooth team operations.
  • Provide Pension Administration services, including dealing with FST servicing and SIPP Cash Management activities.
  • Ensure understanding of administered products to deliver optimal customer service.
  • Motivate team members, manage customer expectations, and address dissatisfaction promptly.
  • Complete daily tasks efficiently, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Process transactions within control guidelines, minimizing risks and addressing any customer dissatisfaction or breaches.
  • Review and improve processes to enhance customer experience and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on processes, products, and technical queries.
  • Participate in meetings, audits, and adhere to training and development standards.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in pension and investment operations.
  • Good knowledge of UK markets and some understanding of European and global markets.
  • Industry qualifications such as IOC, Investment Certificate, or CFA are desirable.
