We’re hiring a
Service Executive on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of our friendly and knowledgeable operations team, responsible for supporting key investment-related processes on behalf of our clients.
It’s important work, and you’ll be helping people access and manage their financial futures.
- Day To Day, You’ll
- Process account opening and closing processes and client instructions accurately
- Use our internal systems to track and complete key administrative tasks
- Liaise with other departments and external providers to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate records and meet internal service level agreements
- Deliver high standards of service for clients, IFAs, and investors
- Work collaboratively with your team while taking responsibility for your own workload
You’ll be fully trained in our systems and processes, and supported every step of the way by experienced colleagues and team leaders.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous pensions or financial services experience - if you’re organised, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, we’ll help you learn the rest.
