We’re looking for a Property Technician with legal experience to join FNZ’s Technical Commercial Real Estate team, supporting property matters within a SIPP and SSAS framework.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in reviewing and processing legal documentation for commercial property transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage. Working closely with our in-house property administration team, you’ll support case reviews, manage legal documentation, and help maintain high regulatory standards in a pension scheme environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, reviewing, and processing legal documents relating to commercial property transactions
- Supporting the property administration team with due diligence, case reviews, and compliance checks
- Ensuring regulatory and legal standards are maintained within a SIPP/SSAS framework
- Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, and internal stakeholders on property matters
- Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Assisting with record-keeping and reporting across property transactions
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring a strong legal foundation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with property documentation. While experience with pensions is advantageous, training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key skills and attributes
- Previous experience as a Solicitor, Paralegal, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Technician
- Strong knowledge of commercial property law
- Experience working with SIPP and/or SSAS pension schemes (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and legal documents with precision
- Organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative in approach
