We’re hiring an Office Manager to join FNZ’s Support Services team. This role sits at the heart of the business and focuses on ensuring our offices operate smoothly, consistently and to a high standard, supporting both employees and visitors day to day. This is a fully office-based role, in Edinburgh city centre, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in service delivery, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate and manage assigned office locations in line with FNZ values and global standards
  • Act as the first point of contact for office calls, meetings and visitors
  • Manage office suppliers and procurement to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service
  • Oversee office security alongside IT, building management and reception teams
  • Manage Health & Safety requirements, including checklists, policies and training
  • Liaise with contractors on facilities and building issues, tracking actions through to completion
  • Coordinate office moves, refurbishments and layout changes as required
  • Manage meeting rooms, AV equipment, catering and hospitality arrangements
  • Support new starter onboarding and maintain up-to-date office manuals
  • Manage office consumables, stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Track month-on-month office spend and manage local office budgets
  • Maintain office documentation on SharePoint
  • Support sustainability initiatives across FNZ offices
  • Provide holiday cover within the Support Services team
  • Support ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
