FNZ is seeking an exceptional corporate finance lawyer to join the Group Corporate Legal team in London.

The role covers corporate structure, shareholder governance, acquisitions and disposals, venture investments, and Group credit arrangements.

Ideal candidate brings 2+ years PQE in corporate law, strong M&A background, and hands-on experience with start-ups or scale-ups.

You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Tax and senior leadership.
