FNZ is seeking an Employee Relations Transformation Lead to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the United Kingdom. You will lead the Employment Rights Reform Programme, translating evolving UK employment law into practical policies, governance, and operating models.

Working with Legal, Employee Relations, Payroll and senior leaders, you will shape policy, drive cross-functional change, and ensure compliance, readiness, and risk mitigation across FNZ's UK.
