We are hiring a Conveyancing Specialist to join FNZ's Technical Commercial Real Estate team. This role supports commercial property transactions within a SIPP and SSAS pension framework, offering the opportunity to apply your legal expertise in a dynamic, collaborative and highly regulated environment. What youâll be doing:
- Youâll play a key role in reviewing and progressing commercial property transactions, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with our in-house property administration team, youâll manage legal documentation, support due diligence and help maintain high standards across property matters within a pension scheme environment.
- Day to day, youâll:
- Receive, review and process legal documentation relating to commercial property transactions
- Support due diligence and case reviews within a SIPP/SSAS framework
- Ensure regulatory and legal standards are upheld across all transactions
- Liaise with solicitors, licensed conveyancers and internal stakeholders
- Assist in progressing transactions efficiently while managing risk and compliance
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
What weâre looking for:
This role is suited to someone with a strong foundation in property law who enjoys working with detail and takes pride in delivering highâquality outcomes. We welcome applications from:

- A collaborative, proactive and solutionsâfocused approach
- Experience with SIPP and/or SSAS pension schemes is advantageous but not essential â full training will be provided.
