We’re hiring a Conveyancing Specialist to join FNZ’s Technical Commercial Real Estate team. This role supports commercial property transactions within a SIPP and SSAS pension framework, offering the opportunity to apply your legal expertise in a dynamic, collaborative and highly regulated environment. What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing and progressing commercial property transactions, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Managing legal documentation, supporting due diligence and helping maintain high standards across property matters within a pension scheme environment.
- Receiving, reviewing and processing legal documentation relating to commercial property transactions.
- Supporting due diligence and case reviews within a SIPP/SSAS framework.
- Ensuring regulatory and legal standards are upheld across all transactions.
- Liaising with solicitors, licensed conveyancers and internal stakeholders.
- Assisting in progressing transactions efficiently while managing risk and compliance.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to reporting requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
This role is suited to someone with a strong foundation in property law who enjoys working with detail and takes pride in delivering high‑quality outcomes. We welcome applications from:

You’ll ideally have:
- Knowledge of commercial property transactions.
- Experience as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Paralegal.

- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
Experience with SIPP and/or SSAS pension schemes is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided.
