The Asset Management Infrastructure division at FNZ includes a dedicated Consultancy team responsible for supporting existing wealth management clients using the FNZ Figaro platform and assisting with the onboarding of new clients. Consultants play a key role in providing expertise across the full lifecycle of client engagement, from requirement gathering through to implementation, training, and ongoing support.
Core Responsibilities
- Presenting and explaining existing FNZ capabilities to clients.

Team Responsibilities
The Consultancy Team within AMI delivers a range of high‑value services to both existing and prospective FNZ clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as subject‑matter experts on Figaro, providing insight into system capabilities through walkthroughs, demonstrations, training sessions, and discussion of potential solutions to business requirements.
- Supporting client project processes, including the implementation of FNZ functionality and assessing the impact of changes to third‑party systems.
- Working as skilled business analysts to elicit, interpret, and document requirements for development projects—serving as the bridge between clients and development teams.
- Providing business‑as‑usual support by diagnosing user issues, explaining system behaviors, and advising on standard configuration changes and processes.
Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding general Figaro queries.
- Lead business analysis activities across projects, capturing and documenting stakeholder requirements.
- Support clients in deploying Figaro functionality, including recommending process changes and performing or advising on configuration and data updates.
- Act as liaison between client stakeholders and FNZ teams throughout development initiatives.
- Assist clients with daily Figaro use, including troubleshooting issues and suggesting alternative solutions.
- Provide feedback to FNZ teams on client usage patterns and future plans.
- Support the Client Relationship Manager with demos, sales activities, and other initiatives that promote adoption of Figaro and FNZ services.
Experience Required
- Experience in a consulting, analysis or development environment.
- Figaro experience is essential.
- General investment/wealth/life and/or pensions products and the markets in which FNZ and our customers operate.
- An understanding of the regulatory environment FNZ operate within.
- Proven track record in delivery/consulting environment with financial services/wealth market.
- Be able to evidence establishing an environment of continuous improvement and capability development.
- Confident, and able to take initiative given client– and delivery-focused environment.
