We're looking for a talented Consultant – Figaro to join our Asset Management Infrastructure (AMI) Consultancy team. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to wealth management clients, helping them maximise the value of the FNZ Figaro platform through consultancy, business analysis, implementation support and ongoing guidance.

The Opportunity

As a Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting both existing and new FNZ clients throughout the full client lifecycle. Acting as a subject matter expert in Figaro, you'll work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, support platform implementations, deliver training and provide expert advice on system capabilities and best practice. You'll bridge the gap between business and technology, working closely with clients, development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultancy & Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day Figaro queries and platform usage.
    • Present and demonstrate Figaro capabilities to clients and prospective customers.
    • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on platform functionality and best practice.
    • Support Client Relationship Managers with demonstrations, sales activities and initiatives that promote adoption of FNZ solutions.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
    • Lead business analysis activities across client projects.
    • Facilitate workshops and discussions to elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
    • Translate client needs into clear, structured requirements for development teams.
    • Act as the key liaison between clients and internal FNZ teams throughout delivery initiatives.
  • Platform Implementation & Support
    • Support clients in implementing new and existing Figaro functionality.
    • Recommend process improvements and advise on platform configuration and data changes.
    • Assess the impact of changes to third-party systems and business processes.
    • Assist clients with troubleshooting, issue diagnosis and identifying practical workarounds where required.
  • Training, Knowledge Transfer & Continuous Improvement
    • Deliver client training programmes and knowledge transfer sessions.
    • Conduct documentation reviews, walkthroughs and internal knowledge sharing activities.
    • Provide feedback to FNZ product, development and documentation teams on client usage patterns and emerging requirements.
    • Promote continuous improvement and contribute to enhancing client outcomes and platform adoption.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Experience within a consulting, business analysis, development or similar client-facing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the FNZ Figaro platform.
  • Experience within wealth management, investments, pensions, life insurance or wider financial services.
  • Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment in which FNZ and its clients operate.
  • Proven experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, delivery focused and comfortable working independently.

Desirable

  • SQL knowledge and experience.
  • Additional client-facing consultancy experience.
  • Experience supporting software implementations or platform change projects.
  • Knowledge of investment operations and wealth management processes.
