About the Role We are looking to hire one to two high-calibre individuals at Analyst and/or Associate level to join our Strategy & Corporate Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and high-impact function that plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including market assessments, commercial due diligence, and strategic planning Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support investment decisions, M&A opportunities, and business case development Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders Perform industry and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic projects and ensure alignment with business objectives Assist in evaluating and structuring potential partnership or acquisition opportunities Skills & Experience Background in strategy consulting (Big 4 or equivalent), investment banking (small to mid-market), or a boutique advisory/consulting firm Strong proficiency in financial modelling, corporate finance, and data analysis Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, CFA, MBA) are advantageous but not required About FNZ FNZ is committed to opening up wealth so that everyone, everywhere can invest in their future on their terms.
