We are looking to hire one to two high-calibre individuals at Analyst and/or Associate level to join our Strategy & Corporate Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and high-impact function that plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including market assessments, commercial due diligence, and strategic planning.
- Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support investment decisions, M&A opportunities, and business case development.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Perform industry and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in evaluating and structuring potential partnership or acquisition opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Background in strategy consulting (Big 4 or equivalent), investment banking (small to mid-market), or a boutique advisory/consulting firm.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, corporate finance, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, CFA, MBA) are advantageous but not required.
