FNZ is seeking an Employee Relations Transformation Lead to join our People & Culture team in the United Kingdom on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will lead the UK Employment Rights Reform Programme, translating complex legal requirements into practical policies and operating models while coordinating with Legal, ER, Payroll and senior leaders.

You will drive cross‑functional delivery across multiple workstreams, ensure governance and compliance, and develop guidance materials.
