**Senior Transfers Officer – Triage 6 month FTC****Salisbury or Bristol****Hybrid (Home Working considered) £Competitive + excellent benefits + career progression**We’re looking for a **Senior Transfers Officer** to join FNZ’s Investment Operations team. In this role, you’ll oversee requests coming into multiple teams to transfer SIPPs, ISAs and GIAs (cash and In-Specie) on and off the FNZ platform, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, compliance, and outstanding client service.**What you’ll be doing:**You’ll play a key role in making sure transfers move efficiently and accurately, supporting the team and overseeing volumes, liaising with receiving or ceding schemes, fund managers, brokers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless transfer experience.Your responsibilities will include:* Managing incoming requests across several teams* Ensuring accounts held by FNZ (UK) Nominees Ltd reflect accurate transfer positions* Investigating transfer requests and resolving client queries* Liaising with counterparties to remove any blockers holding up transfer requests* Monitoring fund manager reports daily and taking action where needed* Engaging with the corporate clients to agree resolution for non-standard transfer request cases as required* Reporting team MI and supporting continuous process improvement**What we’re looking for:**You’ll be proactive, accurate, and motivated to deliver a great service for our clients.
