FNZ is seeking an exceptional corporate finance lawyer to join its Group Corporate Legal team. The role covers corporate structuring, shareholder governance, acquisitions and disposals, and advising on the Group’s portfolio of venture investments and credit arrangements.
The successful candidate will contribute to Group governance across holding companies and subsidiaries in multiple jurisdictions, advise on restructurings and equity incentive plans, and work with Finance, tax and corporate.
