You’ll oversee day-to-day service delivery, authorise payments, and drive process improvements while ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.**What you’ll be doing:**In this leadership role, you’ll manage a multi-site operations team, providing coaching, oversight, and direction to ensure all activities are delivered to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for risk management, regulatory compliance, and delivering against KPIs — while fostering a culture of collaboration and development.Your responsibilities will include:* Leading and developing a high-performing Investor Services team across Bolton and Leicester* Overseeing daily processing of investments and new business cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance* Authorising payments and transfers within SLA and regulatory standards* Monitoring team KPIs, MI, and controls to ensure strong performance and client satisfaction* Acting as an escalation point for client issues, resolving queries effectively* Driving process improvements and supporting operational transformation initiatives* Overseeing risk management, error reporting, and governance within your team* Supporting audits, client visits, and regulatory engagements as required* Coaching, mentoring, and developing staff, providing clear career progression pathways**What we’re looking for:**You’ll bring strong operational knowledge of investments and/or pensions (SIPPs highly desirable) alongside proven leadership experience.
